Manuel Noriega? Is still alive? Really? And he’s been extradited to where? To France? France? Does any of this make sense? He’s been in jail in the US for twenty years. He’s 700 years old. He’s already been convicted in France of various horrible crimes and sentenced to 60 years in jail, and now he’s finally there. Plus he has very bad skin. We’re worried about him now because why exactly?
